Not as limited as the Wordpress platform, Joomla allows you to go as far as creating your own community.

For Zapphy we had to deal with a low cost constructive way so the owner of the site could, by himself, handle the site. The Zapphy site is a full portrait of a teen-young-adults oriented entertainment newspaper. With the flexibility of Joomla, some little tweaks, design and modules, the Zapphy.com.br is running since late 2006.

A great CMS system, loaded with modules and simple concepts to give parents more information and direct access to the school. The big goal about this project was to provide a secure access to the Classroom viewing system. A parent would receive a password and login information for the site and for the classroom viewing system and the site would provide a way to the parent to access this system. With some synchronization between Mcloide.com and the team responsible for the classroom viewing system, the project became a success.
